Boeing is looking for an Environment Health & Safety Performance Data and Business Services Analyst based out of Renton, WashingtonHazelwood, Missouri, North Charleston, South Carolina, Mesa, Arizona, Ridley Park, Pennsylvania, and Huntington Beach, California.

Position Responsibilities:

•Produces and shares data and charts for reports, briefings, and other documents for Environment Health and Safety (EHS) Directors and business partners

•Utilizes processes and tools for EHS and business partner performance data requests 

•Provides oversight to the business unit EHS data collection process

•Provides data integration and visualization

•Develops and deploys Enterprise performance data metrics

•Weekly COVID data consolidation and reporting

•Acts as the EHS Indirect Procurement and Invoices Services Focal

•Orders office supplies, Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) and other EHS related supplies for EHS teams and site as appropriate

•Creates, submits, and manages Safety, Environment, and Radiation Health Protection requisitions in Ariba and the NoPo system

•Coordinates and performs specific pre-approved business services for EHS Directors and/or Senior Managers

•Manages file server, Share Point and computing account access

•Provides simple updates to web pages and Distribution Lists (DLs)

•Acts as the Business Unit-level Records and Information Management (RIM) stewards for EHS teams

This position allows telecommuting. The selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3+ years of experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc)
  • 3+ years of experience in performance data/ data analytics

Typical Education/Experience: 
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master+4 years’ related work experience, 10 years’ related work experience, etc.).
