The EHS Senior Program Manager provides technical support to the Ultrasound business unit. This position requires experience with planning and managing operational risk, operating procedures, and best practices in line with all regulatory requirements and standards. Coordination and interaction with team members, other departments, and external suppliers is required. Reports directly to the Senior Manager Global EHS
This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As an EHS Senior Program Manager you will be responsible for:
- Maintain EHS management system programs and associated documentation in accordance with governmental and company requirements
- Evaluate proposed Federal, State, and local EHS compliance laws and regulations to determine impact to compliance programs and business operations. Revise/develop programs as needed
- Apply continuous improvement philosophy to EHS programs while ensuring compliance, injury prevention, and risk mitigation
- Partner with site leaders to continuously improve the safety culture, awareness, and accountability in support of EHS programs
- Manage site injury/illness program for USA sites and provide support to other global sites
- Manage Cority EHS software tool for USA sites. Develop metrics and provide monthly status reports
- Lead Emergency Response Program
- Engage and participate in other USA site workplace consultation committees, including Safety Committee, First Aid Team, Green Team, and Issaquah Lab Manager Safety committees
- Evaluate proposed Federal, State, and local EHS compliance laws and regulations to determine impact to compliance programs and business operations. Revise/develop programs as needed
- Support environmental compliance programs
- Revise and establish site EHS training as needed
- Travel up to 25%
Qualifications:
- BS Degree in Industrial Hygiene, Safety, Environmental Engineering, or equivalent scientific discipline
- 10+ years progressive EHS experience
- 3+ years of experience implementing ISO certifications and standards
Required Background to have for the success of this role
- Strong project management skills
- Proficient in Excel and data analysis, Microsoft Word, and Power Point programs
- Active listening skills with the ability to understand other perspectives, needs, or expectations
- Self-driven and capable of driving results with limited instructions
- Focus on delivering results while striving to continually improve performance
- Plan and execute audits, IH sampling, and ergonomic assessments

The pay range for this position in Issaquah, WA is $130,000 – $150,000 annually; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and geographical location. The annual incentive target is 20% of base pay.
