2018 Northwest Occupational Health Conference

NOHC Program:  The Short Course will be held on Wednesday, October 10 – “Trends and New Initiatives in Occupational Health Surveillance”. The General Sessions will be held on Thursday, October 11 and a half day Joint Session on Friday, October 12. The Joint Session includes an Ethics component.

Social Events:>> Wednesday, October 10 – Welcome Reception (Cost – Free) – 6:00 pm >> Thursday, October 11 – “Rise and Shine” Morning Yoga (Cost $5.00) – 6:30 am Led by Kathleen Sheets, a yoga practitioner/instructor for over 10 years and owner of Indigo Moon Yoga Studio located in Bremerton, WA. >> Thursday, October 11 – Special Event: Dinner and Talk: Bremerton and the Puget Sound Navy Yard During WWII with Megan Churchwell, Museum Curator, Puget Sound Navy Museum (Cost – $40.00) – 5:30 pm >> Friday, October 12 – Tour of Puget Sound Naval Museum (Cost – Free) – 12:30 pm

Hotel Accommodations:  This year’s NOHC has set aside blocks of rooms at the Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Bremerton. Reservations can be made by calling (360) 405-0200 and reference “Northwest Occupational Health Conference”. The NOHC rate is $119.00.
