Ron Gantt is the Director of Innovation & Operations at Reflect Consulting Group, a management consulting firm located in San Ramon. He has 18 years experience working with large and small organizations in industries such as construction, utilities, biotech, and chemical manufacturing.

Ron has undergraduate degrees in occupational safety and health and psychology and a graduate degree in advanced safety engineering and management. He is a Certified Safety Professional and a Certified Instructional Trainer.

Ron is also owner and contributor at SafetyDifferently.com. He is a graduate teaching assistant in the Advanced Safety Engineering and Management program at the University of Alabama at Birmingham.

He is a regular presenter at national and regional conferences and meetings such as the ASSP national PDC and the National Safety Council Congress & Expo. He has authored numerous articles on human factors, safety management, and organizational learning. He has been named a Rising Star of Safety by the National Safety Council, safety professional of the year by the ASSP San Francisco Chapter, and a Young Talent by the Resilience Engineering Association.
